📋 Description

• Partner with peers and stakeholders across multiple client teams to understand, challenge, and design experiences • Unify and consistently apply brand visuals across surfaces and platforms • Design events and multimedia marketing campaigns from concepts through final mocks and presentations • Ensure brand guidelines are followed and provide cohesion insights • Create visual deliverables for presentations, event assets, social content, web graphics, and short-form video • Apply and maintain visual design systems, templates, and component libraries • Prepare files and assets for production, engineering, or external vendors • Participate in design reviews and working sessions and integrate revisions • Adapt and localize visual assets for different platforms, audiences, and use cases • Stay current with visual design tools, production techniques, and platform requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5 years of experience in a related field • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, UX writer) on technical implementation • Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms • Understanding of visual design, typography, and design systems • Ability to work independently on complex problems involving multiple stakeholders
