📋 Description

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative policy analyses, including coverage, reimbursement, regulatory, and legislative research • Manage assigned projects by developing workplans, tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and supporting budget management • Support client engagements by preparing analyses, materials, and presentations • Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and implications • Translate analytical results into clear summaries and actionable insights • Coach Associates and Senior Associates and contribute to overall quality standards • Monitor, analyze, curate, and present important federal and state healthcare policy issues affecting client business imperatives • Make day-to-day decisions regarding clients and project deliverables with moderate to high independence • Provide project-level guidance and coordination to support timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience modeling the effects of legislation and regulations affecting pharmaceutical manufacturers • Recent and relevant experience in legislative, regulatory, and/or government policy environments • Hands-on work with healthcare policy analysis, monitoring, or stakeholder engagement • Deep understanding of drug pricing issues, including Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) negotiation policies and Most Favored Nation (MFN) proposals • Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) in health policy, public policy, health economics, healthcare management, public health, public administration, business administration, or a relevant discipline • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with a preferred background in consulting • Excel-based quantitative modeling skills required • Ability to create interactive Excel-based tools for client decision-making preferred • Legally authorized to work full time in the United States at the time of hire; ADVI does not offer employment sponsorships
