📋 Description

• Provide CMiC application support across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll modules • Diagnose configuration issues, data anomalies, workflow interruptions, and process errors • Assist end users with CMiC navigation, module functionality, and business process questions • Distinguish between user error, configuration issues, and application defects • Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, including user account lifecycle management, role assignments, and permission structures • Support and maintain integration points between CMiC and adjacent systems including Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, and ClearStory • Use SQL to investigate issues and validate outputs • Support downstream analytics or reporting platforms such as Power BI • Document issues, root causes, and resolutions in a structured knowledge base • Identify recurring patterns requiring permanent fixes or process improvements • Support project, finance, and operations teams using the CMiC platform

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field + 2 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience supporting or administering a construction ERP platform; CMiC experience strongly preferred • Experience with comparable systems such as Viewpoint, Procore Financials, Sage 300 CRE, or similar considered • Working knowledge of SQL; ability to write queries, investigate data, and validate results in a relational database environment (Oracle or SQL Server) • Familiarity with CMiC modules including Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to trace issues from the user interface to data or configuration root cause • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and communicate clearly in both directions • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test • Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
