📋 Description

• Provide CMiC application support across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll modules • Diagnose configuration issues, data anomalies, workflow interruptions, and process errors • Assist end users with CMiC navigation, module functionality, and business process questions • Distinguish between user error, configuration issues, and application defects • Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, including user account lifecycle management, role assignments, and permissions • Use SQL to investigate issues and validate outputs in the ERP data environment • Support and maintain integrations between CMiC and adjacent systems including Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, and ClearStory • Support downstream analytics or reporting platforms such as Power BI • Document issues, root causes, and resolutions in a structured knowledge base • Identify recurring patterns requiring permanent fixes or process improvements • Support project, finance, and operations teams using the CMiC platform

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience supporting or administering a construction ERP platform; CMiC experience strongly preferred • Comparable ERP experience with Viewpoint, Procore Financials, Sage 300 CRE, or similar systems considered • Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, investigating data, and validating results in Oracle or SQL Server • Familiarity with CMiC Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement modules • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to trace issues from the user interface to data or configuration root causes • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and communicate clearly • Must have US employment authorization; sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future • Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test • No relocation benefits are provided
