⢠Conduct archaeological fieldwork under the guidance of a field supervisor ⢠Identify and document cultural resources ⢠Follow Health and Safety protocols and AECOM procedures ⢠Assist the field supervisor with technical aspects of fieldwork ⢠Collect and enter data and apply technical principles and theories under supervision ⢠Perform fieldwork primarily in Oregon and Washington, with opportunities for additional projects ⢠Work on an as-needed, on-call basis with workdays and times determined by project needs
⢠High School graduate + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in archaeological fieldwork ⢠Valid US Driver's License ⢠Pre-employment driving record verification ⢠US Citizenship ⢠Flexibility to travel overnight for field work sessions ⢠Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field (preferred) ⢠3+ years of experience with archaeological survey, testing, excavation, and monitoring (preferred) ⢠Completion of an archaeological field school (highly desired) ⢠Experience with GPS and GIS (preferred) ⢠Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (preferred)
