📋 Description

• Assist the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate-size and scope project, or a portion of a large-size and scope project • Organize and carry out assignments according to standard practices, instructions, or previous training • Handle some unusual situations independently • Interface with the design team • Work closely with the BIM team and use modelling software • Interact with Superintendents to address project questions and issues • Assist with and monitor change orders • Assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting • Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion within budget and in conformance with the contract • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information using document control systems, project management systems, software, and databases • Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed • Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers and enforce company and project policies

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS + 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • AA/AS (US) + 4 years of experience • HS/GED + 6 years of experience • Previous internship experience in construction management preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test • Sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future • Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
