📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers working on development infrastructure projects • Help win work and build long-term client relationships • Maintain technical quality and commercial performance across projects • Collaborate with AECOM’s wider multidisciplinary teams • Deliver civil engineering services across the project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction • Work on drainage, highways, flood risk, water infrastructure, and SuDS projects

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent) • Experience in a senior or leadership role • Strong background delivering development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients • Ability to build teams, support junior engineers, and take ownership of work
