⢠Manage and perform Chemical Warfare Material removal under FFP or CPFF contracts for USACE ⢠Serve as Deputy Program and Client Manager for the USACE Huntsville Center ⢠Work with technical experts to deliver remediation services to Federal-market clients ⢠Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for identifying and removing CWM and/or traditional munitions ⢠Prepare CWM workplans and schedules ⢠Manage budgets and quality ⢠Lead field teams during removal actions ⢠Manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget ⢠Prepare proposals, including Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals ⢠Market and win work ⢠Manage CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal ⢠Travel as required
⢠BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or an earth science-related field ⢠10+ years of experience, including 2 years of leadership, as a Project Manager of federal projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠US citizenship required ⢠USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations preferred ⢠Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 ⢠Experience developing and implementing a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) for CWM removal actions ⢠5+ years of experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center strongly preferred ⢠Ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget ⢠Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls ⢠Oral and written communication skills ⢠Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work ⢠Experience on MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification ⢠Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal ⢠Proposal-writing skills, including Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals ⢠Ability to market and win work successfully and effectively ⢠Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR CWM requirements and processes ⢠Excellent and relevant references ⢠Position may require travel
