📋 Description

• Lead client account management and growth for AECOM’s US Army Department of Defense account • Develop and manage strategic plans, account plans, opportunity targets, pipelines, growth targets, and client acquisition strategies • Analyze intelligence, external market drivers, competitors, and small-business opportunities • Coordinate with Regional Business Lines, Business Line Leaders, Regional Executives, and Engagement Teams • Monitor account performance, bookings, pipeline, contract capacity, program/project opportunities, and portfolio quality • Review and update the Salesforce pipeline and ensure capture plans for major pursuits • Support teaming, negotiations, risk-management sign-offs, pricing, proposals, and federal requirements • Lead major proposals and develop strategies for underperforming contracts • Lead and manage relationships with major clients and optimize cross-selling opportunities • Oversee corrective actions, recoveries, client engagements, and client satisfaction • Maintain compliance awareness, support FAR compliance, serve on joint-venture boards, and review CPAR reports and rebuttals • Resolve organizational conflict of interest issues and de-conflict issues among Business Lines • Communicate account status, goals, metrics, and progress through focus groups and the National Governments chain • Lead business-line reviews and coordinate client engagement to identify and win task orders and contracts • Promote the AECOM/National Governments brand and build federal teams • Monitor AECOM team performance and resolve client issues and concerns • Report to the US Defense Director and/or National Government Account Directors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or another related discipline aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines • 15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs • 6+ years in a leadership role • Travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS required • US citizenship required • In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches • Outstanding communication skills • Expert negotiation skills • Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals • Knowledge of, or willingness to quickly learn, AECOM's entire portfolio • CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus
