• Drive sustainable and reproducible account growth for the Navy/NAVFAC account, especially Pacific and West Regions • Develop and manage strategic plans, account plans, opportunity targets, growth goals, and client acquisition strategies • Identify marketplace drivers, allocate growth resources, and conduct competitor and SB/SDB analyses • Coordinate with AECOM Regional Business Lines, Business Line Leaders, Regional Engagement Teams, and executives • Monitor and support sales opportunities, portfolio quality, bookings, pipeline, and monthly projections • Review and update the Salesforce pipeline weekly and ensure capture plans for major pursuits • Assist with teaming, negotiations, pricing, proposal reviews, federal requirements, and major proposals • Monitor contract capacity, program manager performance, subcontract positions, and relationships • Lead and manage relationships with NAVY/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, R&D centers, and other major clients • Coordinate cross-agency opportunities with Air Force and Army CAMs • Oversee corrective actions and monitor recoveries to ensure client satisfaction • Maintain FAR compliance, participate on JV boards, and assess contract performance and risk • Review CPAR reports and rebuttals and communicate regularly with major program managers • Identify and resolve organizational conflict of interest issues • Communicate account status, goals, metrics, and progress across business lines and leadership • Promote the AECOM brand, professional activities, paper development, and the DOW team • Maintain HR requirements and negotiate goals for assigned staff • Manage client relations, market analysis, strategy, positioning, capture, and Navy/NAVFAC contracts across the Pacific area of operations • Develop and execute strategic and client account plans to achieve annual targets and year-over-year program growth • Support Navy programs involving FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, AE services, environmental services, energy performance services, construction management, and construction quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or another related discipline aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines and NAVY/NAVFAC needs • At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs • At least 4 years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • US citizenship required • Travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel as required by projects and opportunities • Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline highly desirable • Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA) highly desirable • Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher highly desirable • PFAS knowledge highly desirable • Brooks Act procurement experience highly desirable • Energy Performance Services experience highly desirable • Waterfront design and construction experience highly desirable • Airfield design and construction experience highly desirable
