📋 Description

• Lead client relations, market analysis, strategy development, positioning, capture, and management of Army client contracts • Develop and execute strategic and client account plans to achieve annual targets and grow the program year over year • Drive sustainable and reproducible account growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments • Develop opportunity targets, pipelines, growth targets, and capture plans • Monitor account performance, bookings, pipeline, contract capacity, and program/project opportunities • Support pursuits, teaming, negotiations, pricing, proposals, risk management sign-offs, and federal requirements • Lead and manage relationships with major clients and optimize cross-sell opportunities • Monitor client satisfaction, corrective actions, contract performance, CPAR reports, and rebuttals • Resolve organizational conflict of interest issues and ensure FAR compliance • Coordinate with Business Lines, Regional Engagement Teams, FBS, Marketing, and divisional stakeholders • Lead business line reviews and account-level communications on goals and metrics • Promote the AECOM/National Governments brand, motivate teams, and build the federal team of teams • Collaborate across AECOM Business Lines and operating geographies to identify opportunities and win task orders and contracts • Monitor technical service delivery and resolve client issues • Report to the US Defense Director and an Account Director for National Government’s Business Lines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or another related discipline aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines • 15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs • 6+ years in a leadership role • Travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS • US citizenship required • In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches • Outstanding communication skills • Expert negotiation skills • Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals • Knowledge of and/or willingness to quickly learn AECOM's entire portfolio • CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus
