• Administer and oversee active contracts and procurement agreements • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards • Support contract managers with reviews of task orders, invoices, and amendments • Perform procurement processes, market research, contract analysis, and recommendations • Liaise with contractors to interpret contractual obligations and resolve problems under Contract Manager direction • Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments • Implement contract management policies and procedures and identify improvements • Maintain a centralized contract repository and electronic contract files and databases • Monitor contractual terms, deliverables, deadlines, contractor performance, compliance metrics, and vendor performance • Draft, edit, and review correspondence, meeting materials, and performance reports • Compile information for audit readiness, monthly reports, and special projects • Coordinate contract amendments, renewals, and terminations • Gather documentation and coordinate corrective actions for contract compliance issues • Conduct post-award contract reviews and capture lessons learned • Maintain procurement-regulation knowledge and update training materials, templates, and job aids • Develop standardized procurement and contract administration tools, templates, processes, guides, manuals, and e-learning modules • Support internal audits and external reviews with contract documentation and compliance evidence • Provide training and guidance on contract-related issues • Review and provide technical guidance on contractor invoices • Manage contract-lifecycle documentation and file organization • Validate personnel and subcontractor support documentation and approvals • Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, and cancellations • Assemble invoicing and investigation records and review contractor and subcontractor payroll • Analyze, prepare, and approve invoices against contract language and scope • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates for contractual documentation • Perform other assigned duties supporting the PDS and CAHSR office
• BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited educational institution in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or a related field preferred • Minimum four years of experience in contract management, contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools and data systems, project support, finance, contracting, or proposals • FAC-C Professional or equivalent • Ability to continuously improve in a team environment and execute timely with other departments • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • CFCM, CPCM, or Federal Contracting Warrant
