📋 Description

• Oversee a wide variety of colocation and hyper-scale data center projects • Manage the design of colocation and hyper-scale data centers • Conduct site due diligence and campus planning • Develop conceptual/schematic/detailed design through construction documents • Handle construction administration • Lead data center due diligence and design teams • Deliver projects that meet client’s requirements on schedule and quality • Host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders • Proactively manage and communicate project changes • Identify problems early and develop creative solutions • Develop technical and financial proposals for data center design projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred) • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License (preferred) • 12 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management (preferred) • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred) • Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Professional (preferred) • Active or recent leadership in data center and mission-critical trade organization (preferred) • 12 years in colocation and/or hyper-scale data center design management & engineering (preferred)
