• Lead digital delivery for the remediation business in US West, from setting direction through execution • Identify opportunities to create value through new systems, existing-system enhancements, and improved business processes • Define scope, resources, timing, and expected benefits, and present recommendations to leadership • Set and evolve the digital roadmap and prioritize initiatives • Lead digital initiatives across new and existing engagements • Perform hands-on solution configuration and build work in Smartsheet and the Microsoft platform • Oversee delivery against scope, timing, quality, benefits, and corporate technology standards • Select appropriate technologies for business needs • Assess delivery capability and recommend in-house, matrix, or external resourcing • Coordinate and direct matrixed resources without line-management authority • Translate business needs into technical direction and explain technical constraints and options • Oversee requirements handoffs and solution delivery • Implement QA/QC processes and review designs for scalability, usability, and alignment • Develop and deploy SOPs, templates, and playbooks • Articulate value propositions and track realized outcomes and benefits • Partner with the regional Digital Director of Operations on priorities and progress • Build stakeholder alignment across leadership, project teams, technical resources, and end users • Own leadership reporting and escalation of decisions, risks, and progress
• BA/BS and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education, in digital delivery, digital transformation, or a related field • Successful completion of a background check • Preferred: 10+ years spanning digital strategy or transformation and hands-on digital delivery • Ability to perform solution work directly and lead delivery through others • Hands-on experience configuring and administering Smartsheet, including Advanced Work Management (AWM) • Experience configuring solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint • Familiarity with EQuIS, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft suite • Ability to set a digital roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, urgency, complexity, and capacity • Experience building business cases and tracking realized benefits and value • Ability to turn loosely defined needs into clear direction and delivered solutions • Experience coordinating and directing matrixed resources and bridging business and technical teams • Awareness of emerging capabilities such as AI and their value in a regulated environment • Experience in environmental remediation activities, consulting, or management • Preferred residence in Central or Mountain time zones
