• Lead technical execution of environmental site investigations and remediation projects • Develop technically sound solutions for complex environmental challenges • Interpret geologic and environmental data and conduct technical analyses • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, and regulatory deliverables • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing, and execution • Assist with managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and field personnel • Mentor geologists, scientists, and junior staff • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions • Provide technical QA/QC on project deliverables • Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders • Support proposal preparation, cost estimating, and business development
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting environmental investigation and remediation projects, or equivalent education and experience • Current Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in California • Experience with site investigations, remedial investigations, and environmental compliance • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel when required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen • Preferred: experience as a technical lead supporting project management • Preferred: experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders • Preferred: familiarity with project financial management, invoicing, forecasting, and resource planning • Preferred: interest in client relationships and business development • Preferred: experience leading multidisciplinary environmental consulting teams • Preferred: experience with Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, and Risk Assessments
