📋 Description

• Manage midstream conceptual studies and detailed design projects across gathering, transportation, storage, and processing assets • Coordinate with dedicated technical teams • Hold profit and loss responsibility for projects • Serve as the primary interface with clients • Apply a seller/doer approach to program execution • Manage project change control • Make decisions using company procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines • Support clients from the private sector, federal organizations, utilities, municipalities, and developers • Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, regulatory compliance, survey, specialty subcontractor, and right-of-way activities • Coordinate with pipeline engineering, mapping, and GIS staff • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree and 6 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Proven track record managing midstream projects involving pipelines, compressor stations, gas processing, LNG/NGL storage, or terminal development from initiation through execution and closeout • US Citizenship required • Valid driver's license • Must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review • Preferred: 10+ years of experience • Experience coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory compliance teams • Familiarity with pipeline and compressor station engineering principles, construction methodologies, DOT and PHMSA standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Experience managing third-party survey, specialty subcontractors, and right-of-way acquisition subcontractors • Experience coordinating pipeline engineering, mapping, and GIS staff • Experience with terminal facility planning and design for hydrocarbons or other bulk commodities • Must attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office • Relocation and sponsorship are not available
