• Manage preparation of environmental assessment reports, including Environmental Reports and Environmental Impact Statements, supporting nuclear projects • Develop, manage, and administer staff and projects carried out by direct reports • Manage and perform projects to scope, schedule, and budget using AECOM project management systems and software • Complete AECOM’s in-house Project Management certification program within the first 2 years • Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts • Develop and deliver business strategies, tactics, proposals, interdisciplinary teams, documents, and reports • Interface with clients and regulatory personnel on complex projects and business development initiatives • Enforce high-quality work and Health & Safety practices within the team • Provide technical support to the EPP Department and Project Managers • Support interdisciplinary business development activities • Collaborate with AECOM offices, practices, and business lines • Mentor junior and mid-level staff • Perform client visits and field activities outside the office, including overnight travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources, or an earth science-related field • 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in preparation of environmental assessment reports supporting actions covered by NEPA • 2 years of leadership experience • 5 years of experience working with a nuclear utility, nuclear fuel cycle facility, or nuclear industry contractor supporting licensing actions • Valid Driver’s License • Must pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review • US Citizenship is required • Must be able to travel • Master’s degree in relevant field preferred • 10+ years of nuclear utility, nuclear fuel cycle facility, or nuclear industry contractor experience preferred • Experience leading teams executing environmental studies, environmental permitting support, and related studies/assessments/analyses • Experience with regulator and stakeholder engagement • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a team environment • Experience managing teams and scheduling staff and resources for on-time, on-budget delivery • PMP or other project management certification preferred • Active participation in relevant industry organizations preferred • Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office
