📋 Description

• Lead successful delivery of complex environmental projects for oil and gas, refining, industrial, and related-sector clients • Oversee projects from planning through execution • Provide strategic project leadership • Manage project risk and uncertainty, including mitigation and elimination plans • Ensure financial performance, planned profit margins, and project completion without write-downs or multiplier erosion • Deliver client revenues through flawless project execution and repeat business • Manage complex clients and projects involving risk-triggering factors • Direct Project Managers and project teams across multiple projects or programs • Direct staff to minimize exposure to claims • Foster long-term client relationships and secure high-quality project outcomes • Mentor Project Managers and manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, and financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS and 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 8 years of relevant experience required unless demonstrated equivalency applies • Must pass a background check • Must pass a motor vehicle records check • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Preferred: 10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting oil and gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients • Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance • Strong client relationship management skills and experience growing key accounts and securing repeat business • Experience leading project teams, mentoring Project Managers, and managing project risk, contracts, and financial performance • Professional certification or registration such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or related credential preferred
