📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of transportation and roadway projects from inception through completion • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources for successful, timely execution • Participate in project team selection and coordination • Develop, review, and oversee roadway design plans, specifications, and technical documentation • Provide technical leadership and problem-solving throughout design and delivery • Serve as a key client contact and foster ongoing relationships • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for integrated project delivery • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices • Support proposal development, scope definition, and cost estimating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 10 years of transportation roadway design or related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Professional Engineer (PE) license • Experience in transportation engineering and roadway design • Experience managing infrastructure projects with increasing responsibility • Experience leading and coordinating teams of technical engineers • Experience with Florida DOT highway design standards • Experience managing transportation projects • Experience collaborating across teams and engaging with clients • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future • Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
