📋 Description

• Deliver the best sourcing experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and our business leaders. • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for each role. • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods. • Utilize Boolean search techniques, advanced internet research, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates. • Develop candidate pipelines, market intelligence reports, and become an expert in our ATS/CRM (SmartRecruiters). • Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of candidate pipelines. • Guide our Talent Acquisition staff to advise them of trends, best practices, and market fluctuations. • Act as a liaison between AECOM Talent Acquisition and external vendors. • Build relationships with various stakeholders to deliver a focused approach to sourcing prospective candidates to achieve consistency, efficiency, and the best quality hires. • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. • Previous experience building multi-channel, candidate pipelines supporting multiple business lines and positions. • Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent. • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
