📋 Description

• Lead project tasks for internal and external clients across the United States • Apply risk-management processes developed by FTA and industry standards from APTA • Provide direction and guidance to multidisciplinary colleagues and junior staff • Develop PHAs/TVAs and associated mitigations/countermeasures • Hold workshops with multidisciplinary groups and committees • Develop CELs/CILs • Develop DCCCs/CSCCs • Interact directly with agency clients and project managers • Prepare SSC documents and reports • Develop, review, and update PTASPs annually • Conduct SSC peer reviews • Deliver SSC training for internal and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to pass MVR check • Possess or ability to attain U.S. Security Clearance • Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Programs (PTSCTP, TSSP) experience • State Safety Oversight (SSO) experience • Successful experience in U.S. domestic Cybersecurity and safety/security • Public Transportation Safety Certification (PTSCTP and/or TSSP) preferred • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred • FTA TSSP Bus/Rail Certification preferred • Working proficiency with CPTED Design Standards • Working proficiency with ADA Design Standards and project delivery compliance • Working proficiency with NFPA 130 Design Standards • Proficiency with the FTA Safety & Security Certification Process • Proficiency with APTA Safety & Security Certification Standards • Proficiency with PTASP Development and Annual Review Process • Proficiency with Safety & Security Certification Documentation • Proficiency with Safety & Security Design Review • Proficiency with Hazard and Vulnerability Analysis/Assessments • Relocation is not offered • Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future
