📋 Description
• perform various environmental due diligence projects within our HUD Services division • conduct environmental reviews • complete state and federal regulatory program file reviews • conduct field investigations • possess a basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance
🎯 Requirements
• Experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred • Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types preferred • Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites preferred • Experience, knowledge or interest in the Related Federal Laws and Authorities as described under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 • Ability to consult with local, state and federal agencies • Experience with completing Part 50 and Part 58 Environmental Review Records for local, state and federal agencies a plus • Willingness to populate the HUD Environmental Review Online Systems (HEROS) platform • Excellent writing skills required • Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels • Willingness to travel
