📋 Description

• Gather field survey data using GRS/robotic equipment • Perform ALTA surveys • Calculate and determine legal descriptions of property boundaries • Operate survey instruments and equipment for topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction, and other projects • Locate and determine land by measuring and calculating points, elevations, lines, angles, areas, and contours • Perform work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience required • Experience using AutoCAD preferred • Previous experience conducting ALTA Surveys preferred • Willingness to travel within the United States required; anticipated travel is 1–2 weeks per trip • Resourceful self-starter • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of basic math and land-surveying measurements, including linear, angular, elevation, and unit-system conversions • Ability to perform physical movements and operate tools and equipment outdoors in a variety of climates • High school diploma/GED diploma • Ability to sit, type, handle office and/or field equipment, speak, and hear • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, balance, kneel, or crouch • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Close vision and ability to focus
