📋 Description

• Gather field survey data using GRS/Robotic equipment • Perform ALTA Surveys • Calculate and determine legal descriptions of property boundaries • Operate survey instruments and equipment for topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction and other projects • Locate and determine land by measuring and calculating points, elevations, lines, angles, areas and contours • Perform work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions • Sit, type, handle office and/or field equipment, speak and hear • Occasionally stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience required • Experience using AutoCAD preferred • Previous experience conducting ALTA Surveys preferred • Willingness to travel within the United States required, with anticipated travel of 1–2 weeks per trip • Resourceful self-starter • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Knowledge of basic math and land-surveying measurements, including linear, angular, elevations and unit-system conversion • Ability to perform physical movements and operate tools and equipment outdoors in a variety of climates • High school diploma/GED diploma • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Specific vision abilities including close vision and ability to focus
