📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability • Evaluate and prioritize cloud infrastructure requests from multiple business units • Ensure cloud infrastructure and operations comply with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal security policies • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins • Automate application delivery and infrastructure provisioning • Create, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Own technical documentation supporting rapid and accurate incident resolution • Manage and drive cloud cost optimization strategies • Provide off-hours support for critical infrastructure issues as needed • Oversee application deployments to staging and production environments • Develop and document standard operating procedures, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides • Define and maintain infrastructure reference architectures, standards, and reusable building blocks • Collaborate with external Managed Service Providers to oversee cloud operations and service delivery • Assess, recommend, and implement cloud-native AI services and integration opportunities • Explore and implement AI-driven monitoring, automated defect triage, and operational efficiency tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively responsible, hands-on operations experience utilizing Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure and cloud services • Linux and Windows Server OS management and maintenance • Instance and container build processes and tools: Packer, Docker, EC2 Image Builder • Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, CodeDeploy, CloudWatch, Fargate/ECS, Lambda, VPC, ALB, CloudFront, MSK, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation • CI/CD support using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins • Experience with IIS, Active Directory, .NET, and other applications in the Windows ecosystem • Basic SQL administration and management of RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB • Experience managing networking, routing, firewalls, load balancing, and hybrid environments • Strong automation and configuration management experience • Ability to interact with teams in a professional manner • Communicates effectively with technical staff and senior leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn and adapt to recent technologies through self-directed training • AWS Solutions Architect Associate level or similar preferred • Jira and other Atlassian product experience a plus • Experience with Amazon architecture design preferred • Experience supporting customer-facing API, SaaS, and DaaS services preferred • Experience implementing advanced monitoring tools for cloud-based systems preferred • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future • F-1 visa holders requiring H-1B status, TNs, and current H-1B visa holders will not be considered
