📋 Description
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment • Hands-on and physically demanding work • Primarily day travel within assigned territory • Occasional overnight travel (2–5 nights per week, depending on job location)
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 21+ years old • Must pass a drug test • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits • Excellent communication skills • Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions • Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather • Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150' • Supply own basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor gear • OSHA safety compliance is required
