📋 Description

• Own successful processing and delivery of AEGM content to third-party platforms, FVOD, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and Owned & Operated platforms • Perform complete fulfillment of A+E content, including source processing, packaging, and delivery of metadata, artwork, video, and captioning according to partner specifications • Track work orders using Comcast Video Platform (CVP), Medigenix, and Airtable • Coordinate with Scheduling, Content Operations, Acquisitions, Production Operations, and Metadata Operations to acquire required elements • Conduct technical quality control of package elements before digital distribution • Support technicians as the process subject matter expert across processes and distribution endpoints • Support the Manager, Content Fulfillment with prioritization of daily and project-based deliveries • Interact effectively with distribution partners and management across the organization • Build positive relationships through consistent, on-time delivery and effective communication • Foster an inclusive working environment aligned with AEGM cultural values

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience • Advanced knowledge of video formats and codecs • Experience with Adobe products, video encoding technologies, XML metadata, and digital delivery protocols and technologies such as FTP, SFTP, Aspera, and Signiant is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word • Experience in project management is a plus • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and time management skills • Proactive work ethic and keen focus on accuracy in a detailed workflow • Positive attitude and desire to excel in a team-oriented culture • Passion for new technology and desire to work in the entertainment/media industry • Temporary project assignment through a third-party vendor, with a duration of no longer than 18 months
