📋 Description

• Lead member care alongside counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers • Provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders • Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations • Deliver care for substance use • Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions • Complete documentation in the Healthie EHR • Collaborate with the care team • Attend occasional scheduled team meetings • Participate in periodic meetings with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active and verifiable FNP license in the state(s) where you practice, and in Ohio if your state of residence is not Ohio • Active, unrestricted Ohio license • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction; relevant previous experience may be considered for those with less than 2 years as an FNP • Experience prescribing Suboxone • Active DEA registration • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure • Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges • Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps • Quiet, private office with reliable internet connection for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits
