📋 Description

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm • Uncover payment breakdowns through customer research and data • Create payment experiences that make repayment easier • Work with Design and Analytics from discovery through launch • Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost • Shape safe and cost-effective payment processing while weighing performance and risk • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to explore opportunities, evaluate impact, and define sequencing • Drive an ambitious roadmap focused on customer and business outcomes • Identify high-impact product bets and present strategy to senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Analytical rigor and comfort using data, experiment results, and customer research for product decisions • Curiosity about customers and ability to identify and resolve experience breakdowns • Experience holding informed conversations with engineers about system functionality and tradeoffs • Track record taking products from discovery through launch and iteration • Ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into a clear plan • Clear communication and ability to influence and build trust across Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships • Payments, fintech, or e-commerce experience is a bonus
