📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with teammates, product management, design, and analytics on product decisions and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support operational availability and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including interviewing • Build tools and systems that streamline batch development and testing and improve reliability of critical batch workloads

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin • Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes • Ability to design solutions involving multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code • Experience navigating large codebases and debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
