📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget. • Identify resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently. • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. • Build business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Define project objectives, ensure policies, processes and procedures are effectively followed. • Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. • Support developing business requirements for ServiceNow and work with the team to develop, test and implement required changes/processes. • Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management. • Experience in successfully building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment. • 8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution. • 5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects. • Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives. • Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development. • Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation). • Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs. • Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.
