📋 Description

• Edit performance video ads for the company's own brands, including UGC ads, AI-generated creatives, VSL-style videos, and testimonial cuts • Create ads for Meta, TikTok, and paid social campaigns that go into real advertising spend • Build strong hooks through retention-focused edits, platform-native pacing, captions, and first-three-second variants • Create motion and conversion graphics for advertorials, online shops, landing pages, and email • Produce footage, b-roll, and variants using AI video and image tools such as Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, and Veo • Review and improve AI output through editing, timing, sound, and brand-fit adjustments • Iterate quickly through briefing, first cut, feedback, and shipment cycles • Own moving-image production with limited hand-holding • Optimize creative performance against Hook Rate, CTR, CPA, and watch time

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of direct-response video, including hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion psychology • Experience producing with AI video tools and keeping up with the toolset • Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent, used to elevate AI output • Fast, reliable, self-managing, and proactive communicator • DTC/e-commerce creative experience is a plus • Submit 3–5 examples of ads made with AI, including a sentence describing your contribution and the tools used • Provide a short paragraph describing your current AI workflow, including which tools are used and for what
