📋 Description

• Analyze user behavior across the payment funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks • Quantify the impact of drop-offs and uncover opportunities to improve conversion and user experience • Translate analytical findings into actionable product recommendations • Design and evaluate A/B tests in partnership with Product teams • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks • Monitor product performance through dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analysis • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making • Help prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and analytical evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing product, behavioral, or transactional data • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and product metrics • Ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations • Experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation • Preferred: Experience working with payments and transactional data • Preferred: Strong understanding of checkout flows and conversion optimization • Preferred: Experience in gaming, fintech or e-commerce
