📋 Description

• Draft resolutions, consents, minutes, stock transfers, agreements, bylaws, articles, certificates, amendments, and affidavits for business entities • Prepare and file articles, withdrawals, amendments, qualifications, dissolutions, articles of merger, annual reports, business certificates, and financing statements in all states • Communicate directly with clients, client advisors, and Agile Legal team members • Work within Agile Legal project workflows and client service standards • Maintain confidentiality of client information and matters • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of specialized experience in corporate law • Experience with state filing systems and related corporate filing platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe • Experience working independently and managing projects and deadlines • Professional and responsive communication with clients, advisors, and team members • Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Ability to research filing requirements, local rules, exemptions, and procedural issues • Professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity • Corporate paralegal experience; education is optional
