📋 Description
• Support the Designated Managing Broker in successful administration of eXp Realty operations • Assist agents in delivering exceptional brokerage service • Ensure compliance with state license law and REALTOR association membership • Conduct training to enhance agents’ knowledge of contract and real estate law • Promptly respond to agents’ requests for assistance • Perform contract review for legal compliance • Support the eXp Risk Management Program and tools • Coordinate distribution of inbound mail
🎯 Requirements
• Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker • Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level • Collaborative approach and boundless work ethic • Ability to implement systems and processes • Excellent customer service abilities • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required • Remote Work experience required • Advanced Trello experience preferred • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely
