📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end • Build, maintain, and update 3-statement dynamic financial models • Run monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis • Adjust models against each client’s actual results and flag margin and cash flow issues • Field questions and requests from clients and potential investors and incorporate them into models • Benchmark client metrics against industry and sector data • Create scenarios so model assumptions can be tested regularly • Build and update KPI dashboards • Monitor and forecast cash flow • Report to the FP&A Manager and work alongside senior partners and the managing partner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in finance • Demonstrated expertise building and maintaining 3-statement financial models in Microsoft Excel • Working understanding of US GAAP • Bachelor's or master's degree, plus a professional qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance • Background in a high-intensity, deadline-driven environment such as Big 4, major consulting, equity research, investment banking/M&A, or comparable scale-up FP&A • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Judgment to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Evening/overnight India shift with consistent overlap with Pacific Time, approximately 6:30pm–2:30am IST • Nice to have: eCommerce, agency, or FP&A experience • Nice to have: Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Glew.io, or Amazon Seller/Vendor experience • Nice to have: prior client-facing or investor-facing work
