• Safe and efficient operation of various types of construction equipment • Assisting the crew with concrete placement, shaft excavation, and rebar cage setting when not operating the equipment • Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate uneven surfaces with ease • Demonstrating physical flexibility by lifting arms above shoulder level and bending, reaching, turning, and twisting repeatedly • Work effectively in both hot and cold weather conditions, ensuring project continuity
• Experience working on construction sites • Hold a valid driver's license (preferred) • Available for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts
