📋 Description

• Lead client assessments of CTEM and vulnerability management programs • Analyze evidence of program maturity, technology configurations, asset coverage, scanning practices, remediation processes, exception handling, reporting, and governance • Write detailed observations, practical recommendations, remediation strategies, and roadmaps • Advise clients on attack-surface visibility, exposure prioritization, and remediation coordination • Support the design and implementation of vulnerability and exposure management processes • Evaluate security tools and integrations • Perform technical analysis of client environments and dependencies • Develop CTEM strategies, vulnerability management plans, procedures, runbooks, and playbooks • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops • Manage objectives, requirements, project tasks, milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines • Lead solution architecture and secure technology design discussions • Create, peer-review, finalize, and present project deliverables to client executive management • Support business development through discovery meetings, scoping, proposal development, and presentations • Maintain expertise in at least four security domains or three security solutions • Contribute to service offering development and standardization • Mentor junior consultants and peers • Provide technical leadership and coordinate project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or Cybersecurity preferred, but not required • Minimum of 10 years of professional, relevant experience, including experience leading technical work or client engagements • Three professional and/or technical certifications, including industry-recognized certifications that align to AHEAD’s Security service portfolio • Demonstrated experience consulting on secure architecture, vulnerability management, CTEM, or related security program design within complex enterprise environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Comfortable addressing groups of people in virtual or in-person settings • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different personalities
