By collaborating with educators and school systems, aiEDU aims to enhance AI literacy and readiness through research-based strategies, educational psychology frameworks, and comprehensive training experiences. The organization provides curriculum development and training across various subjects, including Computer Science, Math, English, Social Studies, and Science, to ensure that both educators and students are equipped for the future demands of AI.

📋 Description

• Develop and support partnerships with school districts and education agencies across multiple states • Foster robust partner relationships and ensure effective delivery of services • Serve as the key liaison between aiEDU and partner school districts • Coordinate with internal teams and leadership • Tailor offerings to each district's specific requirements • Maintain senior-level partner relationships around AI Readiness strategies and AI Literacy • Lead partnership services, including professional development trainings, working groups, PLCs/communities of practice, and curriculum support • Coordinate with the Learning Team and other internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery • Lead data collection and reporting for partnerships, including funder or grant reporting • Collaborate with Learning, External, and Operations teams • Contribute to organizational growth and effectiveness • Report to the regional Director, National Programs, with project-specific management by relevant regional Sr. Leads

🎯 Requirements

• Significant years of experience in education and/or education technology • Experience working at a school district or education agency • Strength in relationship building with educators at all levels • Working knowledge and experience with AI and AI Readiness in school districts and/or state level entities • Ability to facilitate adult learning in impactful and meaningful ways • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to turn projects into deliverables efficiently • Ability to present information in a clear, engaging, and compelling manner • Strong collaborative skills, especially the ability to work effectively with a team of peers and across departments • Orientation toward innovation and experimentation, especially in AI • Knowledge of the opportunities and challenges AI poses for schools, AI Literacy and/or Digital Literacy • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Must complete required employment eligibility verification
