📋 Description

• Become a trusted advisor working together with our clients • Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines • Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication • Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement • Work closely with the various practices within Aimpoint providing ownership and support on client engagements and internal projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional services and/or project or program management experience • 3+ years overseeing technical delivery or consulting projects, ideally in data or analytics • 3+ years of client account management experience • CAPM or PMP certified preferred; CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications a plus • Demonstrated proficiency across Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies • Working knowledge of the modern data ecosystem, including cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/BigQuery), data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts • Experience managing data migration and platform modernization engagements • Familiarity with AI and machine learning project delivery • Experience supporting data analytics engagements end to end • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria • Experience developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets • Expertise in scope, risk, dependency, timeline, and resource management across cross-functional teams • Familiarity with change management and data-driven transformation initiatives • Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and highly effective organizational skills.
