📋 Description

• lead Viral Socials at AIOS, owning the system that turns UGC into predictable viral reach • build a repeatable virality engine for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and creator-led channels • own the entire UGC virality system end-to-end: sourcing creators, managing output quality, optimizing publishing cadence • design feedback loops between content creation, distribution, and performance, rapidly testing hooks and formats • work closely with Creative and Performance teams to turn social media into a scalable acquisition channel

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in social media, UGC, creator marketing, or viral content at high-growth brands or startups • instinctively understand hooks, pacing, retention, captions, relatability, controversy, and platform-native behavior • obsessed with performance, constantly testing creators, hooks, formats, posting strategies, and distribution channels • know how to source creators, brief them effectively, manage deliverables, give actionable feedback • operate like a founder, proactively identifying opportunities, moving quickly, and treating all social channels like growth engines • balance execution with long-term thinking • understand virality in health and weight-loss content, while maintaining brand standards
