📋 Description

• Align all functions to achieve objectives set with the Director, US West • Drive regular business operation meetings and lead conversations with project teams • Analyze trends and present insights and plans to leadership • Support the Director and senior leaders on strategic projects • Own conception and execution of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience • Exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to drive execution and contextualize recommendations • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Impeccable organizational skills • Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across teams • Hands-on approach to getting things done fast • Comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, SQL proficiency preferred
