📋 Description

• Support the acquisition of new Hosts and drive business growth • Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions • Collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven insights • Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes • Build dashboards tracking performance metrics across markets and customer segments • Establish benchmarks • Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality • Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science teams to align strategies and leverage synergies • Synthesize analysis into high-level insights for prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience • Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or Operations Research • Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting • Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis • Experience applying econometric and statistical skills to broad data sets • Strong expertise in at least one programming language: Python or R • Strong SQL skills • Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools such as Claude or ChatGPT • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking • Ability to make informed judgments • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts accessibly • Proven stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate and influence across functions • Agile, growth-minded approach • History of driving projects from ideation to impact • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
