📋 Description

• Lead strategic development and execution of scalable regulatory programs across multiple jurisdictions • Communicate program outcomes and insights to senior leadership • Lead end-to-end execution of complex regulatory programs and ensure measurable outcomes, sustainable operations, and readiness for evolving legal requirements • Manage a high-performing team responsible for strategy and regulatory operations • Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies • Partner with technical teams to design proactive, automated compliance solutions • Identify and resolve regulatory risks or incidents with legal and policy counterparts • Influence cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through regulatory expertise • Serve as primary liaison and operational architect for assigned jurisdictions • Establish operational rhythms, stakeholder alignment, and comprehensive project documentation • Drive strategic projects that enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Analyze data by running queries and creating dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and required investigations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields • Strong team management skills and ability to coach and mentor direct reports • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment • Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks • Experience designing and operationalizing regulatory workflows • Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex regulatory information to varied audiences • Ability to interface with, influence, and be a thought partner to senior management • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives • Must live in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
