• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads to introduce services and book appointments. • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp (English and Spanish). • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine next steps. • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for agents and consultants. • Follow up persistently with leads to reduce no-shows and re-engage inactive prospects. • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (lead status, notes, call outcomes, appointments). • Send appointment confirmations, property information, and follow-up messages. • Coordinate closely with agents to ensure a smooth handoff once appointments are set. • Perform light administrative tasks related to lead management and scheduling.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, lead qualification, or real estate support. • High energy, confident phone presence, and comfort with outbound calling. • Strong self-motivation and ability to stay productive without constant supervision. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience using CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.). • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
