📋 Description

• Build and ship production-ready UI components from design specs • Develop and maintain design system as living code • Prototype novel interactions and data visualizations • Bridge design and engineering by implementing high-fidelity features • Build tooling and automation that accelerate design-to-development workflow • Iterate on implementations based on user feedback, operational requirements, and performance insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong front-end engineering skills (e.g., TypeScript, React, modern CSS) • Experience building and maintaining design systems in code—design tokens, component libraries, and tooling • Fluency translating high-fidelity designs into pixel-accurate, performant implementations • A strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout • Comfort with data-rich web applications and rendering performance—canvas, SVG, WebGL, or mapping/geospatial libraries a plus • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—designers, engineers, product managers, and end users • Comfort working in iterative processes, incorporating feedback, research, and performance data • An eye for consistency and scalability in design language • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices • A passion for mission-driven work, especially in domains requiring precision, clarity, and real-world impact.
