📋 Description

• Monitor the portal and conduct scheduled telemedicine visits • Answer video calls regarding pet health problems, primarily involving cats and dogs • Field teletriage requests and respond to inquiries • Provide expert guidance and peace of mind to pet parents • Complete follow-ups, case documentation, and administrative tasks • Ensure compliance with Airvet’s best practices, SLAs, and visit guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges • Take on additional duties to support the Care Team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian • DVM or equivalent degree • US state license; preferred licensure in AL, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VT, and/or VA • Commitment to 4+ hours per week • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Smartphone and desktop computer or laptop • Detail-oriented and able to follow training and protocol • Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps • Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Compassionate communication and creative problem-solving skills • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting pet parents
