📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide IT portfolio governance while serving as the operational PMO lead for the Fixed-Site imaging business • Own and continuously mature the enterprise IT intake, governance, and prioritization process across all business units • Design and facilitate portfolio steering committees and gate reviews • Maintain a consolidated portfolio view of active projects, pipeline demand, resource allocation, and risk for executive and Board-level reporting • Partner with IT Leadership and Finance on capital planning, business case development, and portfolio-level ROI tracking • Establish and evolve portfolio management standards, templates, processes, and tooling • Drive prioritization trade-off conversations using data-driven, transparent criteria • Lead the IT delivery portfolio supporting Fixed-Site imaging centers • Manage concurrent RIS/PACS, patient portal, interoperability/USCDI, infrastructure, and application delivery projects and programs from initiation through close • Manage delivery with vendor partners • Apply Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methods; run sprint/PI-level ceremonies where applicable • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communications; escalate portfolio-level risks and resourcing conflicts • Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting cadences for Fixed-Site operations, IT, and clinical leadership • Advise IT, Operations, Clinical, and Patient Services leadership on delivery capacity and prioritization trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience; Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 8+ years in IT Program/Project Management, including 3+ years in a Portfolio Management or PMO leadership capacity • Proven experience running enterprise-level intake, governance, and prioritization processes across multiple business units • Strong hands-on program/project delivery experience — not purely strategic/oversight background • Working fluency in traditional PMO methodology (waterfall, PMI/PMBOK) and Agile/SAFe delivery (PI Planning, ARTs, backlog management, OKRs) • Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities and communicate effectively with executive audiences • Experience building and presenting portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, and executive-level reporting materials • Healthcare industry experience, ideally in diagnostic imaging, radiology, or outpatient clinical operations • Familiarity with RIS/PACS, EHR conversion programs, imaging patient portals, or healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., USCDI, HL7/FHIR) • PMP, PgMP, SAFe (RTE/POPM), or equivalent certification • Experience standing up or maturing a PMO function within a healthcare or multi-site operational environment • Experience with enterprise PPM tooling (e.g., Jira/Jira Align, ServiceNow SPM, Planview, MS Project/Project Online)
