They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage a property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule freely between fieldwork and relationship management • Develop a portfolio of properties under management

• Status: Independent contractor • Persuasive skills: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional experience • Self-motivated, with the ability to organize your schedule • Eager to learn and committed to doing a high-quality job • Start date: at your convenience
