📋 Description

• Serve as the quarterback for Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) • Drive disciplined execution and operational excellence to meet strategic priorities • Partner with leaders across the organization to turn high-level vision into actionable outcomes • Bridge strategy and execution by fostering cross-functional collaboration and proactively addressing roadblocks • Own end-to-end performance management of AOP objectives and OKRs • Ensure owners are empowered and accountable for delivering on targets • Maintain operational tempo through proactive follow-ups, closing feedback loops, and keeping cross-functional workstreams on schedule • Identify systemic risks and operational blockers; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to leadership • Facilitate departmental annual planning and mid-year adjustments • Refine and document the AOP Playbook • Partner with department Ops Leads to prepare data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials and narratives • Build trust-based relationships across the organization regarding progress, resource gaps, and dependencies • Ensure early alignment with Analytics, Field, and Product stakeholders • Serve as the central point of contact for reconciling departmental roadmap changes with the broader AOP • Gain direct exposure to senior leadership while contributing to Aledade’s mission of empowering independent primary care

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment • Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes • Sitting for prolonged periods of time; extensive use of computers and keyboard; occasional walking and lifting may be required
